I thought this was an article that was very apt and close to my “heart” too. Article in Entrepreneur magazine saying that all companies (no matter what you do literally) should consider some sort of software bent being added to their offering. Customers want to be more in control of products and services and software (you using software to create better engaging relationships with your customers) is the way to do this.
