I think I have a reasonable degree of skepticism with business coaching and workshops of this nature - I half expect fist pumps and trust falls. Instead, we got a steady secure hand, guiding us through a thorough and sometimes uncomfortable reflective process. This enabled me to be face to face with the bottle necks and limitations of of my business, and fundamentally, of myself.
