I have to admit that I attended the business planning workshop rather skeptically. I think I have a reasonable degree of skepticism with business coaching and workshops of this nature - I half expect fist pumps and trust falls. Instead, we got a steady secure hand, guiding us through a thorough and sometimes uncomfortable reflective process. This enabled me to be face to face with the bottle necks and limitations of of my business, and fundamentally, of myself. That Zac could do this with an absence of ego, - sans fist pumps and hero stories of how if he can conquer the mountain and kill the dragon, then so can you! - was refreshing. I have just completed Zac's two-day Business Changing workshop. I consider it the single best investment I have ever made in myself and my company. My Husband and I attended Zac's Business Changing Workshop in Queenstown recently. We both came away feeling re-energised and have much more clarity and focus with our business than we have had previously. Zac's 2 day program is intensive. It is well structured and entertaining with a good balance of Zac sharing his teachings and expertise (delivered with great analogies and stories from his own experiences in business.) Along with time for each business in attendance to work on creating their own comprehensive business plan and strategies. It was also great to meet and mingle with other likeminded business people. In addition we also got to meet Sip ( Zac's awesome wife who is immensely successful in her own right) They are a superstar, super cool couple that genuinely care and are all round lovely people which is just a big bonus.
