Content marketing is a big of a catch-phrase in marketing at the moment. Basically it means the way in which you talk to, reach and engage your customers. You might be keeping in touch with your customers using social media like Facebook, company newsletters or even videos. Some take it a step up with some PR or well-written articles to post on their website or LinkedIn or associated publications.
