Wendy Thompson of Socialites is definitely one to watch. Her business and team are going gang-busters! And they’ve had a few official wins lately to show for it.
At the recent New Zealand Social Media Awards, the #SMCAKLS 2015, they took out Best Use of Social Media in a Product Launch for their Charlie’s Straight Up Cola Launch and the won Most Creative Use of Social Media for their Spark Snapchat Roadie.
They were highly commended in the Most Effective Social Media Campaign category for their Junk Free June – a Cancer Foundation fundraising campaign, run in conjunction with Little Giant digital agency, as well as in the Most Effective Social Media Campaign (Small Budget) for their Bell Tea Anzac Day Tins campaign.
Socialites is also up for two Effies (advertising effectiveness awards) for Junk Free June in the Not For Profit and Small Budget categories. Good luck!
