The best brands have a really great story about why they started and what they stand for – like Business Changing client Karen Francis from Eco Distribution and Humanity.
She shared her story this month with NEXT magazine and was included in a feature about women who have found a new, more authentic path, later in life. For Karen, a former corporate business woman in IT, it was a health issue that got her thinking. She decided she couldn’t go back to doing what she was doing and to continue to ignore the fate of the world, so she started up her business Eco Distribution. She now spends her days getting awesome, sustainable, eco-friendly brands into NZ.
In fact, one of her brands was featured in Woman’s Weekly: vegan bag range, Mat & Nat. Plus Proof eyewear has been featured in Air NZ’s Kia Ora magazine… twice!
Nice work, Karen – it’s good to see you getting your story and brands out there!
