TIME Unlimited Tours are a great client of mine – a husband and wife duo offering tourism tours, including walking tours, Maori culture tours and luxury tours. Because their business relies on tourists – many of whom only visit NZ once – their reputation is very very important. Giving customers an experience that they’ll rave about to their friends (and the world) is what gets them new business – and reviews are one key component of that.
Read this article from the NZ Herald today in which Ceillhe and Neill talk about business reviews – the good, the bad and the occasional keyboard warrior.
TIME Unlimited have also made the top 10 in the 2015 GreenTec Awards – Europe’s largest environmental and business prize, recognising worldwide environmental & ecotourism. So proud of you guys!
How do you go about getting feedback and reviews from your customers? Is it something you shy away from? Something you’re scared about? Or you simply just don’t know where to start? Get on to it – it’s so valuable to your business. Not only does it give you customer insight, trend reports and an idea about what sort of experience you’re providing, it also helps get word of mouth churning (sometimes it takes people to write a review to realise just how much they did enjoy themselves) and spurns on repeat or new business.
