I work with a few Foodstuffs business coaching clients around NZ and they’re an impressive company. They own more than 680 stores and wholesale outlets around the country, including PAK’nSAVE, New World, 4Square, Gilmours, Liquorland, Toops and Trents. When you get to this size, it can be hard to keep customer service at the levels you’d like it to be at, unless you have a real focus and company vision around it. The Foodstuffs group do a good job at it – so good, in fact, that they recently won big in the 2015 Readers’ Digest Most Trusted Brands Awards.
Congrats to them on winning the following awards:
* PAK’nSAVE won the competitive Most Trusted Supermarket honour – a huge coup
* New World took the highly commended runner up spot in that category
* Pams won the Most Trusted Home Brand award.
In an era of suspicious consumers who have tons and tons of options, these accolades are huge. Well done, guys!
