Ok, how do you show this? How do people know this is your USP? How do people know you are better because you can X and X?
You need to tell them. Share it. It might be through advertising. It might through your in-store displays. It might be throughout your marketing flyers and material. It should be splashed throughout your website. And if you don’t already do a newsletter to your customers, start one this week (we’ve got a newsletter guru on our Business Changing team if you need a hand with this).
